Not that he will ever see it (because I'm certain it will get lost in the thousands of negative messages sent to him), but a few minutes ago I tweeted this to Justin. It is my hopes that someone will see it and not throw stones at him, but send him positive vibes.

Encouragement over Judgement
For the people who did not see this coming for Justin Bieber, you are blind. Something I will never understand about the world we live in is that our society loves to kick people when they're down. Instead of sending well wishes, prayers, and words of encouragement to an obviously troubled young boy, we bash him. As a former fan if Bieber, I am disappointed in the person he is becoming, but there is time for him to change, find level ground, and create a healthier future for himself. I could not fathom being in the constant spotlight. Someone watching your every move, even when you take the trash out or run to the store for milk. It is absolutely insane that we allow humans to be exploited like this. Justin needs help. I will add him to the list of people I currently pray for and hope that his well-grounded family brings him through this. I have read many articles about Justin's families strong faith; I hope that he turns to God for his comfort instead of drugs, parties, and alcohol.

Fall *hand clap*
The first official day of Fall was September 22nd (but you knew that already), so as South Carolina would have it the leaves start falling, the nights are cooler, however, it is in the 80's. Get with it SC - it's FALL! This lapse in Fall weather has not stopped me from purchasing the sweet scents of the season or taking walks with my favorite human and furbaby. I just try to take the walks early in the day or late evening because like I said; It's still flippin' hot during the peak sweating hours.
Has Fall graced you with her presence where you live? If so, (Colorado kids) I'm supa jealous.

The Reunion.
If you know me at all or knew me when I was 12, you'll know that I was and am a die-hard N*SYNC fan. I mean, t-shirts, dolls, voted everyday for them on TRL (if you weren't a 90's kid you have no idea what that is), every CD, posters for days in my room, concerts, tears, sent them birthday cards, knew the ends and outs of their lives. It was scary, but truthfully, I was a young buck and it was acceptable. So as I have gotten older and so have they, I have learned to control my craziness and tame it down a bit (granted I'm still utterly obsessed with JT). Well, so I thought. N*SYNC performed last night at the MTV VMA's and I lost it. Like tears, anxiety, clapping, all of it. I was 12 again, and they were out of breath and dancing like old men, however, they sounded fabulous. This was like a dream (yes, I had those about JT last night). I never, ever thought I'd see my favorite band of all time reunite, but they did. It was brief and I had to watch it over and over, but it was amazing. Every memory I had growing up with them came back to me. The boy bands now-a-days have NOTHING on the originals. Now, if only they would reunite for one last tour. Cue "I want you back".
If you missed it, google it. You won't regret it. And then play it over and over again. Also, make them your screensaver. On your phone. So you can savor the monumental moment over and over.

West coast is the best coast...
I'm up while everyone (man and dog) is asleep. I guess sleeping for 12 hours yesterday wasn't a good idea. Let's just say I had an exhausting, but fun trip to the West this past week. My sleep and time zones are all messed up. So, basically Salt Lake City, Utah stole my heart, or maybe just it's lack of humidity did (mixed with some badass people). I have to say, I hate it. Absolutely, 100% hate humidity. I stepped off the plane in SC last night and wanted to cry! There it was, the sticky, muggy, need to shower ASAP feeling. Don't get me wrong, it's H-O-T in Utah, but in the shade it's a beaut. Take me back, please?
I guess the moral of the story here is that I am no longer a fan of the east coast. I was born and raised here, I should be used to it. Nope. Want to live in the west more than ever now. I just need to start convincing my loved ones to make the move! Mom, Chris, in-laws, you ready?

Whoa.
So it's been awhile. This year has been insanely busy! I'm actually on my way to Salt Lake City as I write this. Back to work!
Onto to the more important things. I am obsessed with Lauren Conrad's blog. I read it all the time and she has some fantastic tips on beauty, style, fitness, food, etc. One thing she does every Friday is post her favorite things for the week. I'm totally copying this! I think it's fun to see what intrigues me every week. Here goes!

March, already?
Yes, I'm alive and well. I cannot believe I haven't posted a blog in THREE months! Where has the time gone? So much has changed for the better in my life. Chris and I got a puppy. She's 13 weeks now, a Weimaraner, and FULL of sass and energy. If anyone has advice on training her.... We'll gladly take it! What else has been going on? Hmm.... OH! We got engaged!!!!!!! On valentines day to be exact. See how much you've missed? It was the most perfect day.
I have been traveling a lot for work so my life is not so normal right now. 20 days in a hotel will make any person go a little bonkers. When I left, Phoenix (our pup) was a tiny baby, now, she's massive!
Speaking of... She's barking now to go out so catch ya later!
