My boyfriend's moms birthday is coming up in a few days, and I thought it would be nice to send her something that reminds her of us and where we live. While taking our evening stroll on the beach last night, I realized that I could DIY (Do It Yourself) an awesome gift with SHELLS. I think they are beautiful, sometimes colorful, and it's neat to hold the shell in my hand, and think about it once being a home to a sea creature.
There are so many options when it comes to Shell decor. My plans for her gift, though, are to fill a clear round vase with the shells we hand picked from the beach, and give her the option of using it as a flower holder or even to hold her candles.
